PMgr Jai Gaanesh is the Founder & Director of Avast Property Management. He began his career as an Engineer specializing in Industrial Automation, Process Control, and Facilities Management.
Over the years, he gained vast experience handling several projects, particularly in Facilities Management & Maintenance, where he was responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving facilities with a skilled team. He was in charge of providing scheduled, preventive, and emergency maintenance within a budget.
Mr. Jai Gaanesh pursued his interest in Facilities Management, which allowed him to manage facilities for retail, commercial, and residential buildings over the past 12 years. He furthered his expertise by venturing into property management professionally, completing formal training and courses in Strata Management.
He has served two terms as Chairman for the Management Corporation of a low-density condominium and two terms as Secretary for a Management Corporation of a mid-cost apartment. Additionally, he actively consults for several Management Committees within Klang Valley, advising on building maintenance and management matters.
Mr. Jai Gaanesh is accredited by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, & Property Managers (BoVEAP) as a registered Property Manager. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Property & Facilities Managers (MIPFM).
As a registered Property Manager, Mr. Jai Gaanesh regularly attends CPD training, seminars, and short courses to stay updated on the latest developments in Property Management.

We employ skilled and motivated individuals that are well versed with respect to government legislation. They are knowledgeable when administering, managing properties and interpreting the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), Malaysian Property Management Standards (PMS) and Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981 (Act 242) & Rules.
Mr Jeyaram has over 20 years’ experience in Property Management. He started his journey as a Building Manager in year 2000 and promoted as Operation/Property Manager. He currently holds the position of Property Manager for Stratified Property, Commercial and Gated & Guarded projects. He has been given the responsibility to oversee Projects under AVAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Ms Menachey has over 20 years’ experience in Administration and Human Resources. She currently holds the position of Admin Manager. She has been given the responsibility to oversee the Administration & Human Resources aspects of projects under AVAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Ms Kalpana has over 10 years’ experience in handling Management accounts for Joint Management Bodies & Management Corporation. She currently holds the position of Accounts Executive. She has been given the responsibility to oversee the accounts & finance aspects of Projects under AVAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Mr Rajendhiran has over 22 years’ experience in Legal compliance. He serves as a legal advisor & consultant especially on Strata Management matters for AVAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Mr Jeya has over 25 years’ experience in security line. He serves as security advisor for AVAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Mr Ramu & Mr Ahmad have a combined 18 years’ experience on building maintenance. They offer their technical expertise for maintenance matters for Projects under AVAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
